Alison Ouchi (Ali) is an Operations Manager for Ally Financial’s automotive customer service business unit, Ally Servicing. With 33 years of experience in all facets of Ally’s automotive finance business, Ali currently oversees Default Remarketing where she manages the third party Inspection and transportation vendors for Ally. She has been instrumental in the establishment of Ally’s 3PI/Transportation network and setting procedures/policies for handling this segment of the business.
Recognition of Ali’s professional accomplishments include a 1998 GM Chairman's Honors Nominee for exhibiting superior originality and creativity in making significant and exemplary contributions toward the accomplishment of the corporation's stated worldwide business objectives.
Ali graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and psychology from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash. Her personal interests include arts and crafts, travel and support of ALS, a progressive neurodegenerative disease.
